Initial discussion to understand client needs and expectations. Book a follow-up office or Zoom meeting.

You’re part of the process. It is important to create a plan with purpose. We can do this in person or virtually!

The Search and Offer

(Buyer specific) The fun part! Once you are pre-approved, we can begin finding homes that match your needs and goals! Once we find the one, it is offer time. We will guide you through each clause and condition to make sure you fully understand. (Seller) Rolling out the marketing plan, time to sell!

Smooth Closing

The home stretch, you’ve done the work, it’s time to get home! We are here to coordinate with the legal team to ensure all required conditions are met smoothly in order to close.
